Beyond Daily BIS Updates
Everything the autonomous scan changed — additions applied with registry match; a program is removed only after 30 days unseen on the lender's links AND emails, or on the lender's own stated expiration date. Revert undoes a run in one click.
Lender states show where the lender lends. Gold states = Beyond Financing, Inc. is licensed for owner-occupied origination (CA, CT, FL, MA, NH, NC, RI, SC, TX). Business-purpose / investment files route through Beyond Financing Commercial, Inc.
No lenders match — try a different state, program, or channel.
Describe the deal — the console routes it
Plain words are fine: state, occupancy, credit, income docs. The console answers which company originates it, whether it fits, and which lenders to call.
Matching lenders
No lenders in your list match this scenario.
Routing is informational guidance from your lender list and company rules — final structuring and licensing decisions rest with management and licensed professionals.
Ask your Account Executives
Type the scenario once — each selected AE receives their own personal email, addressed only to them.
Send to
Only lenders with an AE email on file appear here.
Checking Microsoft sign-in…
A Microsoft window just opened — enter this code to connect your Outlook (one time only):
One page, every lender's proposed rules — approve or reject without opening each lender.
Link review — every lender, one page
Three queues: links the scans discovered (keep or remove), links the hygiene system advises removing (repeated failures or zero yield), and links it already retired (dead pages — reactivate or delete for good). Individually, per lender, or all at once.
Rule review — every lender, one page
Each rule carries the lender's own quoted sentence. Approve only what the evidence supports — approved rules go straight into Loan Structuring and the lender cards.
Morning sweep —
Add a lender
Only programs in the registry appear here. Add new ones in the Programs tab.
Leave both unchecked only if it has not been decided — the Scenario Router uses this to route the file to the right company.
Investor panel —
Store every link that teaches us about this investor — guidelines, rate sheet, program pages, portal, announcements.
Scan investor then walks all of them plus your recent email from them in one click, and proposes any new
links it finds along the way. Nothing is saved until you review and apply it.
New links found — keep any for next time
Beyond Financing, Inc. — owner-occupied licensed states
Drives the gold coloring, eligibility banners, and Scenario Router for the whole fleet, instantly. When BF gets licensed in a new state, add it here — no update needed on anyone's machine.

Loan Structuring — who fits this borrower, and why
Describe the deal and give the numbers you know. Every lender is checked against their own published limits and sorted into what CLEARS, what needs confirming, and what BLOCKS — each line quoting the lender. No scores, no guesses: a limit we cannot quote is reported as unknown, not assumed.
ALWAYS ASK THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE TO CONFIRM. This console narrows the search — it does not approve loans and it is not the final answer. Guidelines change, published limits go stale, and extraction can be wrong. Nothing here is a decision until the AE confirms it for this borrower, and nothing is promised to a client before that.
The numbers you know — leave blank what you don't
Lender Reviews — our experiences, for our eyes
What Beyond Financing users lived with a lender, an account executive, an underwriter or a processor — so the next file avoids what the last one hit. Search a lender before you send them a loan. INTERNAL ONLY — never quoted outside these walls.
Lender Feed — your inbox, working for the console
Uses your existing Outlook connection. Emails from lenders in your list can be analyzed into review-first updates; lender-looking emails from anyone else become advisor suggestions — never auto-added.
What changed this week
Program and state changes, rules approved, links discovered, and scan coverage — read from what the console already records. Nothing sends unless you press Send in your mail app.

Console Counselor
Ask for a scenario or program. Your lender list answers first; lenders the console has SEEN in your email but that are not in your list appear only when the list cannot serve it.
Agency & Government baselines
Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USDA are not lenders — no AE, never in placement. Their published baselines sit UNDER every lender's overlays in Loan Structuring. Scanned weekly (Sunday evening); every extracted baseline lands here as a proposal — approve only what the quoted sentence supports.
Recertification desk
Comergence has no originator-side API available to us, so dates come from the notices they email you — or you type them. Red is overdue, amber is due within 60 days.
What your users are asking
Every Scenario Router query and every "Request from Admin" lands here — you see what the team is hunting for, whether the console could serve it or not.
Lender & Program Intelligence
Point it at a lender's website, or upload their announcement email (PDF) — it identifies programs, NMLS #, licensed states, and business-purpose rules, and proposes them here. Nothing saves until you review and apply.
Hover a program to see the evidence it was found from. NEW = will be added to the registry.
